Casa Tres Reinas is an exclusive beachfront villa in Punta Mita with 270° views of the Bay of Banderas, a full staff, and a private beach in your backyard. It is a spectacular four-bedroom beachfront villa in the exclusive Paradise Coves community of Punta Mita. The villa has a resort-style pool deck with an infinity-edge pool and multiple oceanfront lounge areas. Guests can also enjoy a large game room with a custom pool table, a media room, a five-hole putting course, and a private oceanfront fire pit. An onsite chef prepares breakfast and lunch daily, while the full-service team and concierge are available throughout the stay.

If you want to be treated like royalty and sleep in a place that is expertly crafted and designed, Tres Reinas is the place to be! The staff is incredibly attentive and anticipates your every need. The food is as divine as the weather. As such, you can eat alfresco by the shimmering pool while overlooking the beautiful bay, where whales are often found playing. The design of the house is gorgeous – – the beds are comfortable— and at the end of your stay, you will feel refreshed and pampered. Well, worth a visit!

This house is amazing! So many fun memories have been made here! From the 10 star staff, the stunning views and whale watching at its finest. You can’t beat a vacation home like this one! Nothing like relaxing by the pool that over looks the ocean! We always look forward to returning.

Absolutely incredible stay! What I loved most about Casa Tres Reinas was the outdoor living and how completely open the house feels. You almost forget where the house ends and the outdoors begins. The ocean breeze flows through the living areas all day, and sitting by the infinity pool watching whales breach in the bay was something we’ll never forget. The location is also fantastic. You’re just minutes from Punta Mita and its restaurants, yet the house feels private and secluded. For golfers, you’re right next to the Jack Nicklaus Signature Pacífico and Bahía courses—including the famous “Tail of the Whale”—and PGA TOUR-level golf at Vidanta Vallarta is also within easy reach.where they play the Mexico Open. There is so much to do on the water as well. You can charter a boat and explore the Bay of Banderas and Marietas Islands, or make a day trip to one of the nearby coastal towns. It’s the perfect combination: beautiful home, incredible indoor/outdoor living, ocean breezes, whales from the pool, great golf, boating, restaurants and towns nearby—yet you still feel like you’re getting away from everything. We loved it!
